Codex
Great to have you on board!
For cosmogenius to truly help people understand a wide range of topics and simplify complex issues, it is essential that we—as a collective—pursue a common goal: to keep discussions clearer and more accessible than those found on typical forums. Above all, we aim to generate concrete outcomes and potential courses of action for current challenges.
Therefore, we ask all contributors to follow the guidelines below.
Clarity
Frame each thesis either as a debatable viewpoint or as a question. This allows others to respond—for instance, by saying "yes, because..." or "no, because..."—and to contribute potential solutions.
Try to express your thoughts as clearly, accessibly, and logically as possible. Avoid convoluted phrasing that might lead away from the core issue or cause misunderstandings.
Whether or not you choose to use gender-neutral language is entirely up to you. However, please ensure that your phrasing does not distract the reader from the actual content through overly complex linguistic structures.
Keep It Concise
Please try to keep each thesis—or any contribution to a thesis—as compact as possible. Also, please note that there is a character limit for entries in the submission form.
Organization
When adding an argument, please include only one single argument per entry field.
This not only ensures clarity but is also important for the consensus-building process, the attribution of sources, and for reporting content.Objectivity
To ensure clarity and general accessibility, it is essential to use an objective and neutral tone.
Avoid personal opinions or subjective remarks when presenting arguments, facts, or proposed solutions. Subjective contributions belong in the "Opinions" section!
In the Opinions section, you may include points that are neither arguments for nor against a topic—but please do not add comments that offer no substantive value. Remarks such as "This is all nonsense" (or similar) have no place in this wiki. If you approve or disapprove of something, you can explain why in the "Opinions" section or contribute your own arguments.
Content
In principle, you are entirely free to choose any topic you wish to discuss. There are no taboo subjects, provided that the discussion remains objective and the primary focus is on finding solutions or gauging the range of opinions through a "like"-based voting system.
Please ensure that your contributions remain ethically sound. Aggression, hate speech, and discrimination have no place on our platform; such content will be removed by our editorial team or reported by the community. In cases of doubt, your account may be suspended.
If you publish information or sources, they must under no circumstances be subject to copyright restrictions or non-disclosure obligations!
Fairness
The core values upheld by the operators of this platform are respect, tolerance, transparency, openness, honesty, and the ability to accept criticism. We expect all participants to embrace these same values.
Neutrality
This platform is not intended to serve as a free advertising space for companies, products, or individuals. Mentioning specific names—whether of companies or products—is only acceptable if it is essential to the arguments being presented or the aspects under discussion.
Furthermore, these discussions must not be misused to denounce individuals or competitors.Only mention the names of individuals if you provide a source—including a link to a website—where that name is also mentioned in the same context.
Subsequent Editing by the Editorial Team
The editorial team reserves the right to correct arguments or points—including through the use of AI—in cases of obvious grammatical, stylistic, or spelling errors.
- The cosmogenius editorial team may delete arguments or points:
- if they have not been discussed after 30 days;
- if they have been flagged for reasons deemed valid by the cosmogenius editorial team;
- if the editorial team has concerns regarding the content or quality—for instance, in cases involving suspected indirect advertising—the contributions will be deleted or edited by the team.
